About Me

I have spent the past 7 years supporting and helping people with significant mental health disorders regain some control over their lives. The impact of healthy food choices, getting enough sleep and being physically active play a dramatic role on a persons daily life and how they interact with the environment around them.

Like a car, your mind and body need good care and maintenance to keep it running well. Our bodies are the vehicle we use to navigate through life, it’s important to keep an eye on our dashboard: our mental health, physical health and our wellbeing.

We need to use the right fuel, check regularly whats going on under the hood (bloodwork), keep the body running smooth by moving it regularly and making sure we don't let things wear out, pump the brakes and ensure we get enough rest.
